A 21 CFR PART 820.40 COMPLIANT EDMS FOR CONFLUENCE USERS
DMC allows you to work efficiently with document control standards compliance. It uses two Confluence spaces : a draft space, where the documents can be edited, and a publication read-only space where every published versions of your documents are stored and retrievable. An electronic signature system is available on this EDMS for read confirmations.
AN EASY AND QUICK EDMS SETUP
You can modify the settings of the EDMS as per your needs. The publishing zone can be defined, as the naming and versioning rules, or the status of the workflow ruling your own publishing system based on the Comala plugin.
AN INTUITIVE HISTORY AND OVERVIEW INTERFACE
The plugin also grants you access to the EDMS history of the pages, allowing for the oversight of the editing steps of the documents. You can in particular check the reasons of document changes, their author and their states. You can also access to the master page which overviews all the documents and their current status.
